How do I book a vehicle?
Choose your vehicle from our fleet, select your dates and pick-up location, then complete your passenger information. Confirmation is immediate.
Can I book without a credit card?
Yes. Payment upon vehicle pick-up is possible in cash or by card directly at the office, with no upfront online payment required.
What is the minimum age to rent a vehicle?
The main driver must be at least 21 years old and have held a valid driving licence for at least 1 year. Some vehicle categories may require a higher minimum age.
Can I modify my booking after confirmation?
Yes, contact our customer service by phone or WhatsApp at least 24 hours before your pick-up time to modify your dates, vehicle, or options.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard) online or at our office, as well as cash upon vehicle pick-up.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes, a bank pre-authorisation of 1,500 TND is taken when the vehicle is handed over. It is only debited if damage is found during the return inspection.
Does the displayed price include all taxes?
Yes, all our rates include VAT. The price displayed during booking is the final price, with no hidden fees.
Can I cancel my booking for free?
Yes, cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours before the pick-up date. After this period, fees may apply in accordance with our general terms and conditions.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Contact our team as soon as possible: in most cases, we will adjust the pick-up time at no extra charge.
What documents do I need to present upon picking up the vehicle?
A valid ID, your original driving licence, and the credit card used for the security deposit.
Is a foreign driving licence accepted?
Yes, valid international or national driving licences are accepted for foreign visitors.
What insurance is included in the basic price?
Basic third-party liability insurance is included in all our rates. You can upgrade this with Protection Plus or Comprehensive insurance according to your needs.
What does the Comprehensive option cover?
Zero excess (0 TND), all damages covered (including tyres and rims), and a replacement vehicle in case of breakdown. See the details on our Insurance page.
