Can I change my insurance option after booking?

Yes, simply contact our team before picking up the vehicle to adjust your protection level.

Is the security deposit refunded if no damage occurs?

The bank pre-authorisation of 1,500 TND is never debited if no damage is found during the return inspection — it is simply released.

Does the insurance cover additional drivers?

Yes, provided that the driver has been declared on the rental agreement via the "Additional Driver" option during booking.
